	Residential Consultation There are currently four types of consultation: 1. Existing flats, apartments, landed property Essence Geomancy is committed to a detailed analysis and audit of your house’s feng shui. We listen intensively to your needs or problems such as family financial status, health, harmony or career. Once we are certain that your requirements and our understanding are in the same frequency, we will proceed to assess the quality of your house’s feng shui, which is influenced by the external natural surroundings, building designs and time factor. The analysis of your destiny is also one of our stringent requirements to achieving a good feng shui audit. After which we will recommend several possible ways for you that may involve arrangement of furniture, changes to certain interior parts of the house, etc. *We believe in creating possible successes and positive improvements in your life.*
2. Feng Shui assessment before a committed house purchase Essence Geomancy considers this a good approach to find out what the house feng shui has in stored for you and your family. What seems to be an innocent house can be waiting to unfold unwanted or negative events for the family who chooses to move into. With our knowledge on time influence on a certain house, we can plot out possible happening events. The feng shui assessment can hint you certain areas like what to expect for wealth, health, harmony, career, academic development, etc. This assessment enables you to make important decisions on whether this house is for you or not.
We believe in making good recommendations and help you to avoid houses with bad feng shui. Imagine making house purchase with bad feng shui and you might eventually need to treat or remedy the house because of so many bad events unfolding in your family. Feng shui assessment is thus important to you as it will provide you with essential information before making a house purchase.
	3. Assessment for a pre-built property This consultation seeks to provide informative and important decisions before you commence construction of a new house, or building. Taking into consideration the physical environment, and time factor, Essence Geomancy can recommend you as to the positioning of important rooms such as main door, master bedroom, kitchen, cash registers, conference rooms, directors offices, server rooms, etc. This will no doubt give you an upper hand or absolute control in positioning rooms at the best sectors of the house or building. Undeniably, we believe this is the most wonderful approach to designing and achieving good feng shui.

4. Annual assessment Feng shui is cyclical and often, this influences the property. You should request for such assessment yearly to uncover the potentials and risks in the coming year. We would give you recommendations which might involve certain changes to the interior of the house or its immediate surroundings. Essence Geomancy believes that prevention is better than cure and opportunities will never come twice.

How to proceed to make an appointment There are two easy ways to make an appointment for a residential consultation. We will be always be delighted to serve and discuss your needs. It is usually found on your birth certificate, if you have one. We will take records of your birth date, time, place and gender. The next important item you should prepare is your house or buidling floor plan in standard A4 or A3 size. If you do not know where to get it, check with your local building authority. We will discuss with you to focus on your needs and arrange for a suitable time for two or three trips of residential consultation. Payment is usually made before the consultation and we only accept cash or cheque.
