About the word Essence

The word essence is to derive out the significance of a matter. The first character, "E" of the word "Essence" is translated from the Chinese word "易" (pronounced as "E!"). To translate from the word, it is like the chameleon, ever changing to adapt to its environment. Also like the bird, that flaps its wings in order to fly, signifies exercise, and continuous change.

The characters, "ssence" of the word "Essence" when pronounced, sounds like the Chinese word "玄" (pronounced as "su-and"). When combined, the word Essence means inner content of a thing which is hidden from perception. In ordinary language, we talk of the "essence of the matter", by which is meant it's "meaning" or significance, the most important or defining aspect of thing. We aim to derive the essence of geomancy and benefit people through:

a) Faith -
Having unwavering faith in the ancient geomancy studies, theories and lectures taught by Feng Shui masters.

b) Practice -
With faith, continuous practice is a must in reality to create repeated successes, actively seeking solutions to cushion against bad fortunes or enhance good fortunes.

c) Study -
Faith and practice will decline if there is no thirst and desire for a continuous upgrade on the topics of geomancy and life. Continuous study is the foundation towards a sound and solid Feng Shui. Every human are connected together in some ways. The world changes everyday, learning is a must.
